Layton and the guys at Blade and Butchers are brilliant. Having taken over the space from the previous butcher, it’s great to see them step the place up with their passion and knowledge. The butchery is well located within the Hillier’s Garden Centre and as usual, the guys couldn’t have helped me more. This time it was a last gasp effort to source some Christmas Turkey – even after last orders had been called! Great range of cuts and a large dry age larder on show that I’m looking forward to getting tucked into. Would highly recommend!
